July 9, 2026:  With the arrival of summer, ALOHA CAFE opened today near my home in Hattori Ryokuchi Park, Osaka. Even in Osaka's hot and humid weather, its Hawaiian atmosphere makes it a pleasant place to relax. July 11, 2026: On Saturday morning, I had breakfast at ALOHA CAFE, which had just opened a few days earlier, and enjoyed its Hawaiian atmosphere.

July 3, 2026: Got an early start on tomorrow's Independence Day celebrations with beer and takoyaki in Amerikamura, Osaka.  A fun way to kick off the holiday weekend! Amerikamura is the heart of Osaka's youth culture and trendsetting scene, packed with vintage clothing stores and unique boutiques. It's a vibrant, energetic neighborhood where you can experience the excitement of music and street culture both day and night. July 4, 1995:  The attached photos bring back wonderful memories of when my family and I joined a Fourth of July home party at a classmate's house during my time as a student at Kellogg. It remains one of my fondest memories from those days. This Fourth of July, I enjoyed an American-style lunch at Frank Ride and Eat in Minoh, Osaka. The burger was a little smaller than what you'd typically expect in the U.S., but it was absolutely delicious! 🇺🇸🍔🍟
